Are the bookings instantly confirmed or do I need to do anything else after I book with you?

Our system provides online availability and instant booking. After you place your reservation, you will receive a confirmation message in your email. We will only contact you in case you have requested to pay upon arrival, in order to confirm your transfer.

What is included in the rates?

The rates include all taxes and you do not need to pay anything extra, whether you have booked one way or return route.

I forgot to include the children in the booking. What should I do?

You can contact us or login your booking and change any information necessary.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

When you prepay a reservation, any amendments or cancellations should be made by e-mail at info@cretan-transfers.com or by phone at (30) 2810253480 or (30) 6982867755

In general, if the booking is cancelled at least 24 hours before confirmed pick up time, any amount already paid will be reimbursed.

Do you have a NON-SHOW policy?

If Cretan Transfer Services is unable to contact the passenger or related contact person after 60 minutes of the scheduled pick-up time, by means of the information provided on the reservation, then the ride will be considered a no-show and will be abandoned. Not being at your pick-up location without notifying Cretan Transfer Services may result in a no- show charge and no funds will be reimbursed.

What should I do if my flight changes?

Our drivers are constantly informed regarding the arrival times, however if you have this information in advance, you can contact us by email at info@cretan-transfers.com, call us at 30 6982867755 or amend your booking by login in your account.

How do I get greeted at the Airport?

Our Cretan Transfer Services driver will hold a sign with your name on it at the arrival hall. In case you do not see the driver waiting for you, please call us at 30 6987777662


All our vehicles hold full public liability insurance. However, it is recommended that you have an insurance policy during your whole trip abroad.

We do not permit animals on our transfers. However please contact us at info@cretan-transfers.com so that we can assist with this query.

Can you do hotel to hotel transfers?

Yes, of course. In case you cannot find the destination in our booking form, please contact us at info@cretan-transfers.com

I cannot find the destination in the booking form. What should I do?

In case that your pick up or/and drop off destinations are not in our preselected locations in the booking form, we invite you to

What vehicles do you provide?

We provide taxis and mini vans. If you require another type of transfer you may contact us and if possible, we can send you recommendations for other travel partners.
